It's been a long time since we went out of our houses except for purchasing the essentials required and for emergencies. I know it feels boring! Many of us even cancelled our trips and missed occasions that were supposed to be on our list this year. Meanwhile, this has helped us to learn to take care of ourselves and our loved ones at the same time. However, as the travelling has started to resume on a gradual basis I would like to share about three secret natural ingredients, which will help you in high altitudes especially during trekking.
