Step 3: Now rearrange your thoughts, find out the pros, cons and identify what you want to do in particular or what is it you have been searching for, which made you entangled with your thoughts. Don't worry, be yourselves as no one is judging you now.

Step 4: Go ahead plan the rest of the process, gather courage, proceed accordingly and you are done.

What's next? The next will be either you will be the creator or destroyer of your mindset. It's simply like the mirage, which will reveal to you the reality of the circumstances which will take place depending on the action taken by you.
