Preparation:

Step 1: Cut the watermelon into small pieces

Step 2: Churn the pieces of freshly cut watermelon pieces + 1 tablespoon of black salt+ 8-9 pieces of mint leaves + sugar (according to taste)

Step 3: Pour the mixture into glasses

Step 4: Allow it to freeze for 10-15mins (OPTIONAL)

Step 5: Take it out when the consistency becomes a bit thicker (OPTIONAL)

Step 6: Serve it with ice cubes + few chopped pieces of melon

Step 7: Add small pieces of mint leaves for garnishing
